Accommodation: One step up to the front entrance hallway.  Open plan kitchen dining room; Bright and spacious equipped with built in electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave, breakfast table.  Dining area with dining table to seat six and sliding patio doors to the garden, making the most of the beautiful views. Lounge with woodburner, TV, BluRay DVD player, Ipod dock, sofas and armchairs with adjoining sunroom, glazed doors leading to the terrace.  Utility room with storage cupboards, washer dryer and front door access to the garden. Bedroom 1 with King size 5ft double bed, TV DVD, full length fitted wardrobes, en suite shower room. To the rear of the property is a sloping entrance levelling out to a path, which can give alternative access leading to the front door, for those with walking difficulties.
