Gull Cottage is a grade 2 thatched cottage situated on a quiet no through lane that beautifully combines character charm, comfort and style. This is the perfect property for two looking to enjoy South Devon life, in easy walking distance to two great pubs, the beach at Slapton Sands and a scenic drive to the towns of Dartmouth and Kingsbridge. 

The picturesque village of Slapton boasts two excellent pubs, a community village shop well stocked with local produce, and stunning walks around Slapton Ley. The millennium field at the top of the village is a fantastic viewpoint for gazing out over the village to Start Bay and the lighthouse at Start Point. This divine village is situated less than a mile from Slapton Sands, and access to the South West Coast Path, and is 20 minutes’ drive from historic Dartmouth and the bustling market town of Kingsbridge, with popular Salcombe a little further on. The bohemian hub of Totnes is also a 30 minute drive, with Dartmoor a little further on. This popular village is superb for exploring all the delights the South Hams has to offer. 

Large cars (bigger than a mini) will not be able to drive up this lane to unload.

Bedroom with 5’ king size bed. 

Shower room with shower enclosure (both hand held and rainfall shower heads) WC, basin and heated towel rail.

To the rear of the cottage patio with table and chairs and lawn. 

Parking: 

Large cars (bigger than a mini) will not be able to drive up this lane to unload. On street parking available in the village or at the village car park five minutes walk away.
