Moreover, the grounds and versatility of space on offer also make 4 De Challon the perfect choice for a group of friends, a family or indeed a couple to escape to.

Located just outside the village of East Allington which is home to a vibrant pub, well stocked shop and close community. Several sandy beaches, and many seaside towns and villages in the South Hams are just a short drive away.

Front or rear entrance to well equipped kitchen diner with electric oven and 5 ring gas hob, large fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and Lavazza Espresso coffee machine.

Dining area with table to seat 8, one armchair and side table.

Bedroom 2 with 4.6ft double bed. 

Ground floor sitting room/study with a sofa and armchair (or third bedroom with small double and small single bed upon request at time of booking).

Family shower room with large walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Spacious lounge with high ceilings, Juliet balcony, gas fire, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, two large 3-seater sofas, one 2-seater sofa and coffee tables. 

Master bedroom with 5ft king bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and hand-held shower, separate walk-in shower, 2 basins and WC.

Outside

Private tiled patio area with table and chairs for 4 to the rear of the property leading to communal courtyard/small lawns with flower beds. Front of the property leads out to the main estate grounds, including lawns and a lake directly opposite. There are 18 acres of land to explore, including pretty woodland walkways, an orchard, decking area overlooking the lake and extensive lawns.

Designated parking for 1 car. Further visitor parking also available around the estate.
